J. Lawrence ("Larry") Louk

Mr. Louk is responsible for the day to day management and oversight of site acquisition and zoning specialists. He is also responsible for the project management of raw land, co-locate and rooftop cell sites for wireless telecommunications carriers.

Mr. Louk has over 24 years of experience in project management, negotiation of lease transactions and co-location agreements, and cell site acquisition.

His experience includes zoning, permit applications and public hearing presentations; real estate negotiations, including acquisitions and commercial lease negotiation/litigation; business development and acquisitions; municipal zoning matters and special assessment litigation; construction litigation; licensing agreements.
