Mr. Novin is involved in the planning, design and construction of civil, structural design elements for raw land, co-locate and rooftop cell sites, call centers and switching centers for wireless telecommunications carriers.

General Experience

Mr. Novin has over 23 years of experience in civil and structural engineering including structural design of roof top mounted wireless cell sites, concrete design of the underground vaults for the wireless cell sites. Past project responsibilities included Design and management of Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) Project, nuclear power plant design, construction claims and analysis, expert witness, design supervision and coordination, scheduling, estimating and field inspection.
